THE APPLICATION PROCESS

​Happy to give you some feedback, the shed looks great, I also have no complaints with your service, you are very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, without being super formal or "too professional" if that makes sense? You're professional but very approachable and easy to speak to. The design process was great, you listened to my needs and were happy to change things as I worked out what I needed. You made the process easy and straightforward, definitely great to have you liaising with the other parties including the council and manufacturing etc, from day one also.  The pricing seems reasonable based on the information I found online and your quote included your services as well which other companies didn't offer. So as far as it goes when it comes to you personally, I have nothing negative to say and you're an asset to your company.  Only a few small things that I would have liked to have known or been made aware of would be things like needing to organise my own capping for the gaps between the shed and the slab. Also being able to add seals to the doors/door frames would be great, as the doors rattled all night the first night and drove me nuts. Again, these are small things and I understand why you wouldn't think to mention these aspects, but may be helpful to others in the future.
